GIC-REMOR was created to work specifically in the economic and social development of rural areas in Cameroon. It is a registered association in Cameroon and recognized as a non-governmental development organization.
GIC-REMOR's strategy is to create and support projects for socio-economic development with public, private partners and the government to give beneficiaries autonomy in respect of their social and cultural identity. Our organization encompasses all of todays agricultural and livestock industry, representing layers, live production, processing, further processing, and a variety of supporting services. Membership includes producers and processors of broilers, eggs, farmers, livestock breeders, as well as allied companies and organizations.
For more than 12 years, GIC-REMOR has devoted its energy to passionately advocating for the hungry, needy and politically under-represented members of our rural communities. We work in the economic and social development in rural areas of Cameroon in every possible way. Our goal is to reduce poverty and hunger by creating sustainable projects that benefit rural communities.
